QuickSave is a vendor-based marketplace. We work with verified and trusted vendors and aim to help you understand a product before you buy it. Returns, exchanges, refunds and warranties are handled according to the policy that applies to the particular vendor and product, together with your rights under applicable law.
Confirm the terms before purchase
There is no single return period or warranty that applies to every listing. Before completing a purchase, ask the vendor or QuickSave contact to clearly confirm the seller, final price, product condition, what is included, and any return, exchange or refund terms. This includes the time limit, eligible reasons, required condition, any delivery or return costs, and how an approved refund would be made. Keep a copy of the agreed terms and your proof of purchase.
Inspecting your product
Review the listing photos, videos and specifications, and ask questions about features, condition, battery health, PTA status or included accessories that matter to you. Where practical, inspect and test the product before paying. For a delivered product, check it promptly on receipt and contact the vendor or QuickSave if something appears missing, damaged, defective or different from what was agreed. Inspection helps resolve issues; it does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Returns and exchanges
If a vendor accepts a return or exchange, follow that vendor's stated process and time limit. Ordinarily, a sealed product must remain sealed, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with its accessories and proof of purchase, to qualify under a vendor's change-of-mind policy. Eligibility for opened, used or individually listed products depends on the applicable vendor and product terms. These general conditions do not override remedies available for a defective, damaged or misdescribed product under applicable law.
Refunds
Where a refund is available, the applicable vendor's policy should explain whether the item must be returned or inspected first, who pays any shipping charges, the refund method and the expected processing time. We will help direct your request to the relevant vendor, but no refund or exchange is approved simply by submitting an inquiry. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by vendor and product. A vendor may offer, for example, one week, one month, six months or one year of coverage; certain branded products may instead have a manufacturer or authorized provider warranty. These periods are examples, not a promise of coverage for every item. Before buying, confirm the exact warranty period, start date, covered faults, exclusions, required documents and who provides the warranty. Warranty claims must be made through the applicable vendor or warranty provider under their stated process.
How to raise a concern
Contact the vendor identified for your purchase as soon as possible and provide your receipt or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and relevant photos or video if available. If you need help reaching the vendor or understanding the agreed terms, contact QuickSave and we will help direct your request. Please do not send a product back without first confirming the return instructions and address.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. If a vendor's terms differ from this general information, the vendor's clearly disclosed terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
